The program was held in the new Williamson Multimedia Center.

Both new and reappointed District Deputy Grand Masters attended a seminar at the Masonic Conference Center in Elizabethtown to learn how to better serve the Lodges in their Districts. For many, this was the first time to use the Williamson Multimedia Center and the new meeting facilities at the Patton Campus. Bro. Robert L. Dluge, Jr., RWGM, attended the program along with Bro. Marvin G. Cuningham, RWDGM, Bro. Ronald A. Aungst, Sr., RWJGW, Bro. Donald L. Albert, RWGS and Bro. Marvin G. Speicher, RWGT.

The seminar was conducted by Bro. Edward O. Weisser, RWPGM and Chairman of the Committee on Masonic Training and Education. Presenters included Dr. Elvin G. Warfel, Larry Buzzard, Alvin Blitz, Daniel J. Madio, Steven Gardner, William Wetterau, Jay W. Smith, Samuel C. Williamson, RWPGM, Joseph E. Murphy, Thomas R. Labagh, Earl Morden, and Hugh Jones, PDDGM.
