The Masonic Village at Dallas campus has sprung to life, as more residents have come to live in the new active adult
community. More cottages are complete, the apartment buildings are in progress and landscaping is providing a peaceful,
residential feeling of a close-knit neighborhood.
Prospective residents now have the opportunity to view a model cottage when they come to visit, which not only provides a
preview of the quality construction and design, but also a gorgeous view of the golf course in its height of activity.
Interest in the community also has heightened, as more people have heard about the exciting new plans for the construction
of a new 26,868 sq. ft. clubhouse, beginning soon. While operations continue at the existing clubhouse, the new Irem Shrine
Center and Country Club will feature offices, storage space and meeting rooms for Irem Shrine
members and units, a restaurant, bistro/bar, central kitchen, lobby area, locker room and rest
rooms, a game room and potentially a wellness center and a bank. A cornerstone ceremony
for the new clubhouse was held on July 27.
