The following Pennsylvania Masons, appointed by the Right Worshipful Grand Master, currently serve as our Board of Directors:

	Samuel C. Williamson, Chairman, is a Right Worshipful Past Grand Master and Founder of the Pennsylvania Youth Foundation. He is also Executive Officer Emeritus for Pennsylvania DeMolay and Grand Treasurer Emeritus for DeMolay International. He retired as Superintendent of the Chemical Department at Clairton for U.S. Steel Corporation. A resident of Wilkins Township, PA, Brother Williamson is a member of Valley Lodge No. 613.
	Larry R. Emigh is a retired PA State Trooper. He formerly served on the Board of the PA Masonic Foundation for Children, and has also served as a DeMolay Advisor. He is a Past Master of Old Fort Lodge No. 537. He resides in Boalsburg, PA.
	Glen R. Grell is a member of the PA State House of Representatives and an attorney. He is a Senior DeMolay, a Past Master of St. John's Lodge No. 260, and resides in Mechanicsburg, PA.
	Kim W. Jeffreys, PDDGM resides in Erie, PA, and is a member of Western Star Lodge No. 304. He is a Past District Deputy Grand Master, for the 25th Masonic District, and is a construction manager for Weber Murphy Fox.
	William L. Kingsbury is an attorney in the firm of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker and Rhoads. He is a Past Master of Melita Lodge No. 295 and resides in Phoenixville.
	Thomas G. Orris is a Past Associate Grand Guardian for PA Job's Daughters. He is a member of Zeredetha Lodge No. 451. He resides in York, PA, and works in Information Technology at Wellspan.
	William J. Prazenica is a member of Abraham C. Treichler Lodge No. 682. He is an active DeMolay Advisor and is Chief Financial Officer of the Masonic Villages of PA. He resides in Elizabethtown, PA.
	Jay W. Smith, Right Worshipful Junior Grand Warden. Retired from PennDOT as Chief of Highway Quality Assurance, Jay has also served as a DeMolay Advisor. A member of Casiphia Lodge No. 551, he lives in Mount Joy, PA.
	Dennis J. Snedden is an active adult leader in both the Rainbow and DeMolay programs. He is a time management trainer. A member of Centennial Lodge No. 544, he resides in Carnegie, PA.
	David W. Berry, (Secretary to the Board, non-voting) is Assistant to the Executive Director, and Executive Secretary for Pennsylvania DeMolay. He resides in Elizabethtown, and is a member of Abraham C. Treichler Lodge No. 682.
