Eligibility and Requirements: Any Senior of Oswayo Valley High School may apply. To be eligible for these awards, applicants must show qualities of good citizenship, character, scholarship, leadership, service, and a desire for higher education. Applications must be submitted through the school Guidance Counselor during the senior year.

Repayment: Repayment is not required.

Application Deadline: April 1 each year
