Biography
Brother Robert D. Brink was born in Paterson, N.J., on Oct. 27, 1967, the youngest of five children. He attended the public schools of Sullivan County, PA, through his graduation in 1985. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia, in 1990, and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, in 1992.
Brother Rob has been married to the former Allison Kaye Deutsch since 1991. They live on a small farm in Coopersburg, PA, and are the proud parents of daughters Kathryn and Rachael.
Brother Rob began his career at AT&T Microelectronics in Allentown and worked in a variety of positions in the telecommunication semiconductor industry for 22 years, during which he authored several technical patents. With his wife, Allison, he currently manages family businesses in and around Perkasie, PA, including Pennridge Airport, Rams Pinthouse Restaurant and Pennridge Development, LLC, an industrial land development company.
Brother Rob is the founding Chairman of the Board of The Tun Legacy Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity with the mission to reconstruct The Tun in colonial Philadelphia. When completed, The Tun will be a place to learn about and celebrate the history of the founding of our country. All net proceeds of the operations will be donated to charities supported by the founding organizations.
Brother Rob enjoys fishing, sporting clay shooting, hiking and traveling the world to experience other cultures and foods.
